HOW TO SPEND MORE TIME
DOING WHAT YOU LOVE,
ARE GREAT AT, AND
ADDS MOST VALUE.
What is your Sweetspot?
We love to help people use Sweetspot to get better results, feel more engaged, and earn more money. Sweetspot started with entrepreneurs but is now helping individuals and teams from around the world, and from different walks of life.
As you repeat the activity, you find your thinking changes. You avoid taking on activities that don’t sit in your Sweetspot, value your time more, and take many small decisions each day to make you more productive and impactful.
But most people aren’t spending much time in their Sweetspot. This is because we’re all busy in ‘business as usual’ – day to day activities that fill most of our time. Sweetspot is a simple activity to reduce or eliminate what’s getting in the way of spending more time in your Sweetspot.
“The same things that are helps to one person towards the cultivation of his higher nature, are hindrances to another.”
John Stuart Mill, from On Liberty
(British philosopher, political economist, and civil servant. 1806-1873)
